For virtual services, I use a Quickbooks On-line for all bookkeeping and financial reporting. Using this unique service, you can access your financial information from anywhere!
And for sharing and updating documents, like special reports and systems designs, I use Dropbox.
And for face to face meetings, we use Skype!
